LEARNING AND INNOVATION CENTERS

Our New Orleans and Memphis locations have fully operational demo and training kitchens. Many local chefs and foodservice directors use these innovation centers to test new, innovative equipment, or simply develop fresh menus away from the distractions of their own kitchens.


We also use these facilities to conduct regular sales and tech service training, new product introductions, and other events. We welcome you to schedule an in-person or virtual visit!​
